Ash Wednesday – Mach 5
Our Ash Wednesday service will be at Evangelical at 6:30 PM. Click on the link to learn more. Centenary UMC, Chambers Hill UMC, and Geyers UMC will be joining us as start the season of Lent.
Maundy Thursday – April 17
Our Maundy Thursday service will be at Centenary UMC at 6:30 PM. Centenary UMC is located at 1010 Orchard Drive in Harrisburg. The service will start at 7 PM and feature Holy Communion.
Good Friday – April 18
The Good Friday service will be a little different this year. Instead of a traditional service, Chambers Hill UMC will host a self-guided Good Friday prayer experience. The experience will be available 10 AM to 1 PM and 5 PM to 8 PM on April 18. Chambers Hill is located at 6300 Chambers Hill Road, Harrisburg PA.
Easter Sunrise Service – April 20
On Easter day, we will once again join with our cluster for an Easter sunrise service at the Hillsdale Cemetery near Geyers UMC. Our service will start at 6:30 AM as we celebrate and give God praise for the resurrection of Jesus! Please dress for the weather as the service will be outside. You may want to bring a lawn chair. After the service we will head over to Geyers for breakfast. If you would like to join us for breakfast, please contact the church office by Monday, April 13.
Easter 10:15 AM Worship Service
At 10:15 AM on April 20, we will continue to celebrate Easter with our regular worship service. The service will be both in person and live streamed on our YouTube page. We would be blessed if you joined us to celebrate Jesus’ resurrection this Easter!
